Scan & screen

We start with a body composition scan and a movement screen. This is your baseline — the numbers we'll measure everything against.

Engineer the plan

Your program is architected around what the screen showed: correcting what needs correcting, then building strength on a foundation that holds.

Train & support

Sessions in the Lab, plus a tailored program for the days in between. You're contactable, and so are we, between supported hours.

Re-scan & prove it

We re-measure on a schedule. The numbers either move or they don't — and when they do, that's your proof of progress, in writing.
